Marketing & Strategy are NOT dirty, scary words

There’s a well known saying “fail to plan = plan to fail”.  Many business owners have a rough business plan, but they don’t extend this to a marketing strategy plan.  

Strategy starts with you and your business.  What’s the long term vision? What will the business look like in 10 years time? Do you have an exit strategy?

Knowing the above helps you to make decisions now that will bring you results in years to come.  A marketing plan comes out of this initial work, because once we know your main goals we can then work on getting you there faster – which is where the marketing tactics come in.
